Join Anthony Brooks For A Conversation About The Future Of Energy
WBUR and The Nature Conservancy invite you to join us for a community discussion on The Future of Energy on Monday, May 13, 6:30-9 p.m. at the Boston Society of Architects, Atlantic Wharf.
Anthony Brooks, co-host of WBUR’s Radio Boston, moderates the conversation featuring speakers Dan Kammen, Professor and director of the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory, UC Berkeley; Jigar Shah, CEO, Carbon War Room; and Joe Fargione, lead scientist, North America Region, The Nature Conservancy.
Tickets are $40 for the remainder of the series on May 13 and June 10. A series pass includes admission to the pre-event reception featuring refreshments, good conversation and activities that will bring you closer to the work to save nature.
The Future of Energy is part of The Future of Nature, a three-part speaker series taking place in April, May and June. The series is designed with the intention of sparking a community discussion about how everyone can play a part in finding solutions to the challenges of how to meet global food, energy and water needs in the coming decades.
