America’s Test Kitchen: Boston EATS
WBUR is proud to be a sponsor of America’s Test Kitchen’s food festival “Boston EATS” on October 27-28. Join America’s Test Kitchen at its brand new headquarters and studios located in the Seaport’s Innovation and Design Building and experience some of the greatest talent in New England with three ticketed events: Taste of Innovation, Backstage ATK, and Boston EATS, featuring over 30 Boston-based chefs and restaurants.
Taste of Innovation (10/27; 7:30-9:30 p.m.), brings together some of Boston’s most talented chefs including, Jody Adams, Michael Schlow and Tiffani Faison, with some of ATK’s Test Cooks to create two exciting new dishes using one local ingredient. Taste of Innovation is presented by Holland America Line.
Backstage ATK (10/28; 12:00-1:00 p.m. & 4:00-5:00 p.m.), will give fans of the show an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the 55,000 square foot facility, and the opportunity to meet some of ATK’s brightest stars, such as Bridget Lancaster, Julia Collin Davison, and Chief Creative Officer Jack Bishop. Backstage ATK is presented by Roche Bros. Home Delivery.
Since the festival is called Boston EATS (10/28; 1:00-5:00 p.m.) that’s exactly what can be expected! Find numerous tastings, cooking demonstrations, interactive panels, cookbook signings, and more. Area-favorite restaurants on the lineup include: Babbo, Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar, Committee, Doretta Taverna and Raw Bar, The Gallows, and TRADE. Boston EATS is presented by Reebok.
